I would like to congratulate you on assembling such a great group of people in your organization. It starts with a nice lady who answers the phone who leaves you with an impression that you have the right outfit and will receive superior treatment. This turns out to be true.
At the appointed time three young men arrived and in good nature to do the installation. They were neat, eminently qualified and did a job that can only be described as a work of art. They were at all times desirous to please. I can only say that I have never in my lifetime (83 years) seen such a great group of people assembled in one organization.
Joe and Issa were very very nice and helpful with questions. They even helped warm the house by helping me start the fireplace. They were very friendly, and worked very hard to get the furnace installed so we could have heat. Even showed and explained the cracked heat exchanger prior to leaving. Also would like to comment Michael was very helpful when checking and giving a quote for replacement vs. just fixing the part. Thank you all very much for your help!
I chose your company because about a year ago, my husband and I had your representative come here to give us a quote. He was professional, took the time necessary to explain the furnace options. This year, we were ready to buy and a competing company's representative was far below your presentaiton. So...we bought from you!
Installers (Issa and Nathan) and Suzanne (office) were very professional and wonderful people to work with. Dan is always a pleasure to deal with also.
I first contacted Murray's because a family member had a furnace installed - since then I've learned several friends also do business with Murray's. From the very beginning, I've had a good feeling about each person I've dealth with - well done!!!

I was very impressed with Joe, a "professional" at what he does. He answered all our questions and gave us tips on how to use our new cooling system to the best of its ability. The hot water heater had to be unhooked to get new furnace unit in. Somehow the pilot light went out after reinstalling and by luck Joe was on call, he came out immediately and took care of the problem.
P.S. Also appreciated that Dan Murray (owner) came to the house to do the estimate of work himself instead of a fast talking sales rep.
I'm writing to compliment you on two of your employees, Mike and Issa...the system has been running fine since your guys came out with no water leakage...I just wanted to let you know about my experience and let the guys know I appreciate what they did. You should reward them somehow.
